Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK) is a distinctive and heart-focused remedy-based kinesiology modality, specifically designed to help release stress, trauma and pain from the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the self. By utilising muscle reflex testing, it connects with the subconscious mind, where limiting beliefs and negative patterns are stored, allowing for their identification and clearing.
